Work and Social networking - co-existence....

Would you like to join a company which has social networking sites blocked in its network?   If you are a new age techie who use these thing no doubt your answer will be a big noooooooooooo----

So did you ever think does this has any affect in your work?  According to me it is.    just take a decision not to look into any social networking apps during your work hours.  You will find how much time you find for the effective work and also you can concentrate on the work much better.   I also have a bad habit of looking the news websites in middle of work.   That is also taking much of my time.   I think if we should organize ourself and utilize the available time more effectively.   Forceful restrictions will not work out as most of us have a Smart phone equipped with High speed internet and all the apps.  Self behave and see the change ......  Ultimately it is for you ............

It is wonderful to Write.........

In the current world we  rarely write something but we type a lot.  So does typing reduces your writing skills.   I think yes.  I felt it when I had  to write an article recently as part of applying a course.   It took some time to adjust to the script in what all I think.  Eventually I had to make 3 attempts to complete my article.  But it was wonderful to write.....

The thoughts about life... Past Present and future .................

For a  long time I am think again to write something. Lot of ideas flash through the mind always , it is always good to score them somewhere , so that we can have a summary of our thoughts. This is something like that.

This is a thought about the lifestyle of  the people. Every human being will belong to any of the 3 category I mentioned below..

1) People who always think about the future and never think about the present..

The people of this kind will always live in the world of fantasy.  They always want to pile up things for the future and never use them for the present. They will have a lot of money and wealth with them but never use them. 

2) Second type of people are who live always in the present , they will never be concerned about the future and live a good life with the present things they have. These kind of people may not have a lot of wealth or savings, but their life is usually happy.

3) Third kind is the people who always think about their past and curse their life with their past life. These people will always find a reason for the past for anything happening in the present life. You can imagine how happy they can live.......

So think about yourself and adjust your life style accordingly........................

The double Culture!

This is about me and my fellow Indians. This is about one habit we notice around, are we keeping our surroundings clean? Indians are usually family oriented, but not society oriented. They are very concerned about the family and things affecting it, but not about society. If we look around we can see people simply litter and spit around even if there is a waste bin near by. Do these people litter in their home and their courtyard? Social responsibility is one thing which we need to study from western culture, There everybody is responsible to the society, and they contribute what ever they can for the well being of the society around them. We can see clean streets and public places there. In India people think that the public places are the place where they can do anything as they are also paying tax for it. Please note that your deeds can affect someone else.

So from now onwards make sure that you do not litter in the public places other areas where other peoples are used. Let's help the society which ever way we can !

Corruption and Lokpal.

I don't want to explain what it is. Do I ? It is the Anna Hazare , his fast and Lokpal bill. Everybody in this country (Except politicians and public servants) want to eradicate the harmful hands of corruption from our country. You and me also need it? Do you think that it can be done by passing a law or appointing a super police to check everything doubtful and put everyone guilty in Jail. It can hel little bit, but it will not eradicate corruption. What will we do if lokpal itself is corrupt?

So what I would suggest is that find the root cause of corruption and prevent it from the roots. The lokpal and super police against corruption will only able to work in Top to bottom approach. Which I think would be ineffective in dealing majority of corruptions.

In India most of the corruptions happen in the following things.

1) Subsidized public distribution system.

2) Allocation of different permits.

3) Planning of different programs intended for poor section of the society.

5) Contracts given for the public works and other installations.

6) Evading of income tax.

7) Service given from different departments of the government.

There are some more, but lets come to the core point which I was talking.

If we look at most of the these areas, the corruption happens either due to lack of transparency or the funds are transferred to the end point in number of stages. So Along with a strong anti corruption law , the solution for all these issues has to be found. Anyway I support Anna for his great initiative which will show the right path against corruption.

Idea behind this Blog!

For long time I was thinking of writing down my experience. Then I thought of how I should do it. Whether it should be in paper or want to start my own site or a blog. So let it be a blog. Every person will have N number of thoughts passing through his mind every minute. It might me about the job or family or society or country or even philosophical. It would be a nice experience if we scribe down the thoughts and read it later. The thoughts will depend on the mood in which we are. Like if are alone , also will depend on climate, like if it is raining we will have different thoughts. Let see how I am thinking ......
